Families that live in the Ocean Colony neighborhood attend schools within the Cabrillo Unified School District, which was established in 1965 and is situated on the stunning Pacific Coast. Within the district are four elementary schools, one intermediate school, one high school, a continuation school. Cabrillo Unified School District is comprised of roughly 4,400 students and prides itself on providing a rigorous syllabus, nurturing environment and celebrating the cultural differences among the students. There are also many top notch colleges nearby including Stanford, Skyline College, College of San Mateo, California Culinary Academy Notre Dame de Namur University, San Francisco Conservatory of Music, San Francisco State University and Canada College.
